I have in mind to write about the effect I have on others,
on what has always been important to me that this effect is discreet, but effective. What impact
positively to the people who inspired you to be better than it is.
This means that although the gender effect on people can not be seen, to exist. And even though my contribution is not obvious, it is impossible not to see my efforts in the result.
try to influence the most effective way, the way that although often not right, not right.
A while conversing with two people (whom I appreciate very much) that I spoke of assertiveness and how easy it was to confuse assertiveness with being blunt and direct. I told them that for me, assertiveness was to convey exactly what we wanted to transmit, so as to generate the effect you wanted to generate.
And the controversy broke out there.
My point was simple: If you wanted to create chaos, and generated a message oriented towards chaos and the effect of the message was searched, for me the person was assertive. Use the tools in a little obvious, but the hammer no longer if, instead of hammer a nail, hammer a screw.
This is one of the funniest conversations I've had in my life, beyond the issue, I developed a precise impact on the people we talked, I made them question everything all the time.
I recently realized the profound effect they've had in some people. For better or for worse, I had the ability to observe the result for my actions. Some good, some good, some bad, others astray.
Maybe that's my problem: I am trying to send a message to myself, but I do not understand exactly what effect I want to create in me ...
